The Fund
APM Equity Long Short Fund Ltd (the Fund) is a dedicated feeder fund that invests substantially all of its assets in the Ivory Offshore Flagship Fund, Ltd (The Underlying Fund). the Fund seeks exposure to long and short positions, primarily in equity securities of publicly traded companies, and to benefit from the proprietary, bottom-up, value-based investment approach which is intended to achieve attractive returns with an active, hedged trading strategy.
The Manager
Ivory Investment Management LP, is a research-intensive, fundamental value-based investment firm founded by Curtis Macnguyen in November 1998. Ivory's investment strategy objectiove is to deliver superior, risk-adjusted returns with low correlation to market indices, while protecting capital in all market conditions. Ivory's investment team's substantial experience in the investment banking and private equity industries helps to shape the firm's private market approach to public security investing. Ivory employs 45 individuals across its Los Angeles and New York offices.
