Fund Objective
Offers exposure to a diversified blend of UK commercial property assets. Real properties enjoying strong lease covenants to seek a bond like income stream, as well as add capital value by active management techniques. Therefore, returns are achieved by both income and capital growth. The property managers are respected experts with the backing of established investment firms. There is no exposure to exchange traded assets (such as REIT or ETF propositions which have proven to be more volatile). UK commercial property has a low correlation to traditional asset classes and so is considered a complementary core position in a balanced portfolio
