The Fund's investment objective is to provide a total return for investors which exceeds that available from UK building society deposits over the long term by investing in a portfolio of short-dated (i.e. maturity of five years or less) sterling denominated bonds and debt securities generally issued by UK banks, financial institutions and building societies ("financials") and rated at least "A" by Standard & Poors Corporation ("S&P").
The base currency of the Fund is Sterling.
