The Armstrong philosophy and approach are simple; to develop and design, using specialist partners, investment products which deliver real returns and value to investors, irrespective of stock market movements.
The concepts behind Armstrong and its approach were first conceived in 2000, with the company being incorporated in 2001 as we followed market movements and listened to the concerns of investors and advisers. The Armstrong team increasingly recognised investors want real investment alternatives and importantly we recognise investors want real returns on their investments.
The products offered and distributed by Armstrong seek to give investors these returns through the use of traditionally low risk investment strategies and approaches.
Experience
Armstrong was founded by Iain Fairbairn, who over 16 years in the Financial Services industry, has worked with three of the UK's largest life assurance, banking and investment groups, operating in both the UK and international markets on their behalf.
Combined with the other members of the Armstrong team, they have over 40 years experience of designing, developing and distributing investment and financial services products to investors and their advisers around the globe.
Investment Objective
The Armstrong Residential High Yield Fund aims to provide steady capital growth (target return 8-10% per annum over a five-year rolling period) through investment into a portfolio, managed by Armstrong Management, of residential properties, located in developing centres across Central and Northern England. The fund will acquire property suitable for social housing together with properties suitable for trainee professionals and students. The portfolio will be let and managed by a specialist team to maximise rental yields. Incomes will be reinvested to further enhance the portfolio. Minimum investment is £15,000.
