Atlantis China Fund

The Atlantis China Fund is a long only pure China fund that invests in Chinese companies with domestic demand exposure. The Fund targets undervalued growth companies and has a mid/small cap bias. Approximately 80% of its assets are in companies that have a weighter average market capitalisation of less than US$5.0 bn

The objective of the Fund is to achieve long term capital appreciation through an actively managed portfolio of equitiy related investments in instruments issued by companies in the Peoples Republic of China or companies deriving a preponderant part of their income or assets from the PRC. Most of the stocks in the portfolio are either Hong Kong listed H shares, Red Chips, privately owned P Chips or either B shares listed on the Shenzen or Shanghai stock exchanges. The fund may also invest in A Shares through the use of structured products
