The Objective of the Fund is to achieve long-term capital growth in the value of assets. The policy of the Managers is to hold a diversified portfolio of quoted or traded equity investment in companies in any European country (meaning including the United Kingdom) or quoted or traded on any European stock exchange or over-the-counter market or in companies that have a significant proportion of their assets or their assets or other interests in Europe. Within Europe, the portfolio will be balanced according to the Manager’s assessment of investment prospects for individual countries. There is no limit to the proportion of the Fund which may be invested in any one country
