Conquistador II Sub-Trust

Conquistador II Sub-Trust is managed with a view to extract the higher returns by investing with Emerging Managers, defined as having 3-36 months of track record and/or less than $300 million AUM at time of initial investment. Whilst the funds themselves may have a short track record, they are typically run by top quality, very experienced portfolio managers who have a proven record of delivering superior performance. These funds offer additional challenges in terms of due diligence due to their lack of track record, but can deliver significantly higher returns with lower volatility when added to a portfolio of more established managers. Conquistador II has been designed to give investors access to the outperformance of these emerging hedge fund managers in a diversified, dynamically managed fund which combines an allocation of 50% to a fund of emerging hedge funds and 50% to a bucket of established larger funds with significantly longer track records, and Cash. The fund draws on Infiniti Capital's extensive capabilities in hedge fund identification, selection and due diligence.
