Global Asset Allocation Limited (GAA) is an independent fund management company based in Bermuda.
In turn, as an 'umbrella trust company', GAAIFL prepares and issues its own underlying fund prospectuses in accordance with Bermuda law and makes its funds available to investors via an international network of Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs).
GAA provides investment management services to sister company, GAA Investment Funds Ltd (GAAIFL), pursuant to section paragraph 2(1)(ix) of the Schedule to the Investment Business Act 1998.
GAAIFL itself is classified as a Bermuda Standard Scheme under the Bermuda Monetary Authority (Collective Investment Scheme Classification) Regulations 1998 and has been granted the corporate power and authority by the Bermuda Monetary Authority to conduct business as a mutual fund. In conjunction with specialist joint venture partners, the Principals of GAA have been designing contemporary investment solutions for onshore and offshore markets since 1990. These solutions have provided the international investor with viable global investment opportunities designed to compliment existing investments holdings and portfolios, and have resulted in funds based in several offshore jurisdictions including Cayman Islands, Bermuda, Guernsey and Labuan, Malaysia.GAA identifies the needs of the international investor based on current and specific global market trends and conditions, bringing together top managers, administrators and financial service providers in order to engineer innovative investment strategies.
