Investment
An investor to the GAIM Long/Short Strategy Principal Protected Note owns an interest in a Note issued by IXIS Corporate & Investvent Bank, the return of which is linked to the GAIM Long/Short Equity Fund. Based on the investment formula, the Note may invest in shares of the GAIM Long/Short Equity Fund in EUR or in USD, fixed income instruments and/or cash.
At maturity the Issuer will return to investors the higher of the initial capital invested or the final NAV of the Note.
