Overview
The long-term return from Commercial Property is better than the return from Gilts and only slightly lower than equities but with a marked reduction in volatility. The High Yield Commercial Property fund Plc will lend in the short term bridging market to achieve a fixed return to the fund of 12% per annum.
Loans will only be made where there is adequate security based on a forced sale valuation carried out by a qualified surveyor from a large national practice.Further gains will be made by identifying distressed property and buying, refurbishing, renting and then either holding the property within the fund or selling it to institutional buyers.
