This is our most conservative and risk averse
strategy. Allocations are mainly made to strictly market neutral (hedge funds
that substantially hedge out any direct first order exposure to major stock and
bond market indices) or other strategies with a very high degree of consistency
of return, low correlation to major stock and bond market indices and very low
volatility. The objective is to achieve around 80-90% profitable months, 8-10%
annualised returns and 3-4% annualised volatility.
Security is a great place to lock-in profits
generated in other strategies and as a core holding of your portfolio.
