The heritage of Insinger de Beaufort created from a 1994 merger between Bank Insinger de Beaufort N.V and the financial services group Integro provides the unshakeable bedrock upon which our operation rests. Over the years, it has formed a solid framework that has enabled us to grow, to contract, to respond to market forces with an agility that is unmistakeably of the 21st century.
A thriving Anglo/Dutch bank, Insinger de Beaufort N.V. is regulated by the Dutch National Bank and listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. Our two main centres of operation are in Amsterdam and London, and we have offices in Luxembourg, Rome and Johannesburg.

Essentially, we have three main areas of business:
Private banking offers a full range, wealth management, private banking and equity broking services, together with a range of manager selection funds. Many of our private clients are business owners looking for a complete solution to their business and personal banking and investment needs. These services are provided from our offices in Amsterdam, Eindhoven, Den Haag and Luxembourg. They also form a major part of our offering in London, which provides bond broking and corporate finance services too.
Asset management provides services to financial advisors, pension fund managers, third party investors and wealthy individuals. This element of our business operates from Amsterdam, London and Johannesburg.
Corporate and institutional provide asset management, equity and bond broking, research and corporate finance services for small and mid cap enterprises. We have a range of products and services for pension fund managers, third party investors and business owners with non-liquid assets. These services are delivered through our offices in both the Netherlands and the UK.
