Life Settlement Strategy Fund

The Life Settlement Strategy Fund is a micro physical and synthetic longevity fund investing in both physical long dated life settlements and synthetics. It currently has two open classes: Managed Growth and Protected.

Managed Growth Class

The class provides capital growth with a target net rate of return of between 8% - 10% per annum. Investors may select at the outset to receive 8% per annum which will be distributed quarterly. Assets are both physical long dated policies with a longevity of 8-12 years and synthetic policies to enhance returns to investors.

Protected Class

The class provides capital protection with a target net rate of return of between 6.5% - 7.5% per annum. Investors may select at the outset to receive 5% per annum which will be distributed twice a year in January and July. Assets are both physical long dated policies - typically with a longevity of 8-12 years and with a stop loss guarantee - and synthetic policies to enhance returns to investors.
