Manor Park Guaranteed Investment Funds is a closed-ended investment company incorporated in Guernsey, Channel Islands. Manor Park Guaranteed Investment Funds has a multi-class structure and the Directors may create any number of separate share classes, each having its own particular investment objectives and its own separate pool of assets. A series of sub-Funds is available, each of which is represented by a Share Class, or a combination of Share Classes, or a combination of Share Classes and Loan Notes, or a class of Loan Notes.The first sub-Funds were created on the 15 February 1995.
