New Capital Tactical Opportunities Fund USD

The investment objective of the Tactical Opportunities Fund is to bridge the gap between a traditional hedge fund and relative return products. This is achieved through investment in a broad range of asset classes and markets, drawing upon the expertise of the investment management team. The Fund's ultimate objective is for absolute returns of 10% p.a with annualised volatility of 10.0% p.a The strategy employed in the Fund is designed to reflect short-term trading opportunities as well as strategic under-valued opportunities that will typically have a life of greater than one-year.

It is not intended that investment in equities or debt securities will have a particular geographic or industry focus. If market conditions and opportunities exist for such allocation, the Fund may invest up to 100% of the fund in equities or debt securities. From time to time, cash or cash equivalents may make up a large part of the overall asset allocation when significant opportunities do not present themselves.
