New Capital Total Return Bond Fund USD

The objective of the New Capital Total Return Bond Fund is to achieve long-term capital appreciation through a combination of capital growth and income by investing in investment grade and credit bonds. The New Capital Total Return Bond Fund invests in medium to long term international bonds issued by governments, institutions and corporations in both developed and developing markets in various currencies primarily listed in major financial markets. The Fund usually holds bonds with investment grade ratings (Baa or above by Moody's or BBB or above by Standard and Poor's or equivalent credit ratings as determined by the Investment Manager) but will also look to invest in debt securities of lower quality to a maximum of 20% of the Net Asset Value of the Fund. The fund is actively managed, and takes controlled positions against the yield curve to enhance returns while emphasising security and minimisation of risk. The Fund is denominated in USD and the currency exposure of the Fund is actively managed in order to reduce risk and to benefit from expected movements in foreign exchange rates.
