Litigation is big business - an industry expected to reach $300 billion annually by 2010. The barrier of 'cost' in pursuing litigation has been somewhat removed with the advent of Litigation Funding.

'Third Party' Litigation Funding involves an outside party offering financial support to a plaintiff in return for a share of the sttlement monies. Essentially. a 'plaintiff' can accept financial help to pursue an action - agreeing to share a predetermined proportion of the settlement with the funder(s)

Soaring legal costs mean that justice is often denied to deserving individuals and corporations with strong cases in commercial law. They increasingly withdraw from protracted legal disputes as well-resourced opponents drag out cases and force plaintiffs to run out of money. It can be no surprise that cost is now the major reason for wronged litigants not pursuing legal cases, added to the daunting risk of having to pay an opponent's large legal bill if the case is lost.

Working closely with leading British companies in this field we can now offer investors a way to provide necessary funding to ensure the proper carriage of justice, and make excellent returns whilst enjoying security, income and liquidity

Current offerings guarantee investors fixed annual interest distributions of 12% and 14% respectively even if every case funded is lost
