Prestige Alternative Finance is an alternative investment fund focusing on asset based lending which invests a diversified portfolio of rural, commercial and industrial leasing projects. All lending is secured on assets together with a personal guarantee and a substantial initial deposit from the leasing customer.

The strategy includes investing with a focus on absolute return based and alternative investment based strategies designed to outperform traditional equity based investments in terms of annualised risk. This is achieved by investing in a diversified portfolio of leasing agreements with potential long term high returns with carefully managed asset allocation risk.
