QuantOne Investment Objective

QuantOne Partners employs a quantitative market neutral strategy using computer models to build equal risk-weighted portfolios of long and short stock positions. Simply put, buying the stocks that are most attractive and shorting those that are least attractive. QuantOne is designed to generate a pure alpha return stream with attractive risk adjusted and absolute returns. Our computer models exclusively pick the stocks for our portfolios and control our risk management processes, thereby removing subjectivity where natural human behavior and biases may interfere with the investment process.

QuantOne Investment Strategy

QuantOne employs a combination of investment strategies:

-Market Neutral
Our returns are a function of the relative performance of our long versus short portfolios, rather than an artifact of the current stock market environment.
-Long/Short Hedge
We employ equally risk-weighted (beta) long and short portfolios, creating a type of hedged portfolio. We do not take bets on overall stock market direction.
-Bottom Up
Our computer models utilize a broad rangeof company specific fundamental, technical and expectations data to generate stock selections.
-Quantitative Stock Selection
Our computer models employ a multi factor-based approach to select stocks for our long and short portfolios. We do not add our own subjective input.

• Minimum investment of $250,000
• New contributions considered monthly
• Withdrawals permitted Monthly
  (with 30-days notice following 12 month initial lock-up)
• Annual management fee of 1.25%
• Annual incentive fee of 20%
  (incentive fee subject to a “high-water mark” provision)
