The Residential Property Accelerated Growth Fund Plc will follow the same successful investment strategy used by the Residential Property Growth & Income Fund Plc but will use internal gearing to increase the funds property exposure.
Some investors have geared their investments externally to invest in the existing fund but many advisers have asked us to develop an internally geared fund.The fund will borrow two times the value of assets in the fund to purchase additional assets, which equates to having a mortgage of 67% on each property.The fund will constantly strive to borrow at the most competitive rates available, which will generally be less than the rates individuals are charged
