UK Secured Finance Fund
The UK Secured Finance Fund (UKSFF), was launched in February 2010 with the intention of producing a steady return of 1% per month (i.e. 12% p.a) within a robust and secure structure and this has so far been achieved month on month and we expect this to continue going forward.
The UK Secured Finance Fund plc seeks to deliver consistently high returns for investors through participation in the UK professional bridging finance market, working alongside major banks who frequently share the security. It is this cooperation with banks and the sharing of risk that makes these returns attainable within the fund’s risk profile.
The fund is listed on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange ("CISX") and available for direct investment as well as via most SIPP, SSAS and Offshore Bonds including AXA, Royal London 360 and Standard Life among others.
